My game has like weird flashes and you can see the skybox for like half a second and it gets really annoying can someone help?.

Have you tried updating graphic card's drivers? Also, have you tried tweaking advanced video options (e.g. antialias and so on)?

Update drivers by going to the vendor's website and downloading the latest drivers. (for example, if your video card has nVidia as a chipset - go to www.nvidia.com and download drivers for your GPU).
