Help Me! Weird Flickering Scoreboard Issue

So whenever I press TAB in TF2 or CSGO, my scoreboard opens then starts flickering, and for CSGO specifically, if I hold W while doing this, I begin to do a skippy-walk movement. Here's a video of this precise bug:

What I've tried:

• Restarting game
• Restarting computer
• Changing resolution and changing back
• Unplugging and Plugging in keyboard
• Cleaning Keyboard
• FN + F1 & FN + F5 (based on results from the internet)

If I could receive some help, that would be much appreciated.

Would you be able to try with a different keyboard? Purely from observation, it looks like your keyboard has a feature that allows half-presses.
What happens if you stay at a different resolution? Does any at all work? Are you matching your monitor resolution properly?

I've tried with 2 custom keyboards, I've toyed with the resolution to one that fits appropriately, none of which work and while it does allow half-presses, I am 100% certain it's nothing with the resolution. I've been using the keyboard for 4 months and the monitor and same computer for 8 months, this issue only started yesterday.

I don't suppose there's been a driver update for your keyboard or anything?
Maybe check your keyboard software and see if something has changed.
