I post in this section quite alot, haha, but I enjoy all of your assistances, for now as an example

I get this lot: http://imgur.com/0Dxzklv (present with SR, TF2OP and now tf2's site)

Anyway I can fix this without having to take it to a technician?

Well first off, what are the specs on your Internet connection?

I know that a slow internet can cause pages to load like that occasionally.

Go to settings in chrome. Advanced settings. Under privacy uncheck this "Turn on predictive network something something"
