Approved Wanga Prick Works On Jailbreak?

I know that the YER is banned, and I was wondering if the Wanga Prick was supposed to work? It allows the blu's to disguise and I kinda consider it an exploit. Thanks for reading, and if this is not the place to post this I apologize.

It is the correct place to post, but I'd probably just post in this thread in the future if it's about Jailbreak

Although, I guess this could technically be in Reports
