Sadly i wasn't actually looking for it when the actual vote happend but wamuu had only been sitting in spec and just called a vote on a guy out of nowhere. The entire server was confused why the vote happened so it failed regardless.

I read through the server chat and it wasn’t wamuu that started the vote. It was Shadovar.
