Even after the rage amount nerf, there's still a consensus that Vagineer's uber lasts a little too long and is just not fun to play against. This rework idea would keep his rage effectively powerful while reducing the length of the uber.
Rage changes;
Add Haste Powerup to rage;
This powerup increases movement speed and swing speed slightly, making Vagineer more mobile and capable during the duration of his uber.
Cut uber down to 5s (from 10s;)
Weapon changes;
On hit: victim loses 20% cloak.
A small addition to Vagineer's weapon to make him slightly stronger passively against Spies to help Vagineer's win rate.
