Approved [VSH] Replace vsh_military_area in the map rotation with vsh_2fortdesk

Military area only because military zone, a reskinned slightly-improved version of the exact same map, is running in the map rotation additionally to military area, and it's played more often. If 2 of the same popular map can coexist, it should be reasonable for a one-of-a-kind map like 2fortdesk to run alongside military zone in its place. It would still be the best of both worlds and everyone is still getting what they want.

It doesn't even have to be 2fortdesk in particular, it's just what I find to be the most memorable map removed since last year.
Idk if there is a changelog for what maps were removed in the past 9 months. What is preferable to 2fortdesk in your opinion?

There's not necessarily a strict number of maps in rotation that must be kept, no?

If Military Area is removed, there's no need to put something else in its place, especially a map previously removed.
