The average hale ends up stuck down in vsh_degroot_keep river. In the interest of not sitting around waiting for the Hale to die to 100dmg/s, and to give the average player more of a chance, this area probably should give Hale super duper jump like other certain enviro areas in other maps, as well as maybe dealing more damage for sitting down there.

This map could probably benefit from some hint/skip optimizations too.

+1 I've never understood why that area deals so little damage in the first place.

it was originally made exclusively for a different community's Freak Fortress where it made more sense in context (their coding made it give super duper jump, and the server had taunt full crits, so people were getting thrown into the river WAY more.) Feels kinda odd Skial just took it without testing/modifying it at all.
