Declined [VSH] Gunboats Removal

I keep seeing Soldiers constantly rocket-jumping around, every single round of VSH.

This ability that Soldiers have is very OP and that's why it needs to be nerfed.

The easiest way that I can think of is removing the Gunboats entirely in VSH.

I am open to other possibilities, however.

Soldier already suffered the nerf to the mantreads , gunboats soldiers aren't hard to catch, that is if they don't know what they are doing.

I've been told about the Mantreads nerf with regards to rocket damage, which makes the very premise of this suggestion flawed. Thus, -1 from me.
