Declined VSH Automatic Sticky Detonation

Makes it so when you die as demoman, your stickies explode automatically.
Suggesting to add it to VSH. Thoughts?

Yes I did.
If hale kills the demoman before he can detonate, thats all their fault.
It'd be horrible unfair to hale if he kills a demoman thens goes flying because of all of his crit stickies.
