Declined Vote to Turn Random Crits On/Off

There needs to be a votemenu option to vote to turn random crits on and off. I think a lot of players would appreciate the option and have a better time playing. Sign if you agree.

We used to have a no crits server. That failed miserably to my knowledge.

The reason is its because no crits/spread makes it to where the server can't be found by quick play.
