Most people do not like playing on this map because of the rampant spawn camping as a result of the spawns being one.

A simple solution would be to implement the god mode plugin (from the idle server) into that maps spawn.

Yes, that is true, but another point I forgot to mention was that there was a single teleporter exit, allowing a spy to easily camp it.
