Unknown ping problem in specific servers.

Hello, for the last couple of days im having unreasonable ping problems in some skial servers (Only in Upward and Badwater EU, Payload server is fine). The weird thing is if i click gameinfo it shows around 60-70ms ping as usual but when i join i get 110-120. At the first time I thought this was a routing problem caused by my isp but thats not happening because i also tried to tracert these servers. Here is a image that contains all:

Could your ISP be throttling your connection?

@Klown are you still having that issue? It's probably on your end because i checked last saturday and i just checked again just now and i'm not having issues.
