Dude, you don't have a Graphics chip, you have an Intel GMA chipset, (Graphics Media Accelerator), from 2006-2009, before the Core i-series of CPUs came about, Intel had by far, the WORST graphics chipsets out there. I'm assuming you're on a Laptop, that's even worse. Were you able to play games on your PC before?

Barely, but I'm trying to run Minecraft with Optimine, which was do-able on an even shittier rig (not to mention that one was a laptop) FYI, yeah this computer is damn old, but it's a Desktop.

I could run the everything on TF2 but without launching the game ofc, and could run most of the more popular, "cpu/gfx/etc-intensive" indie games (which aren't really cpu/gfx/etc-intensive at all anywho)

Thanks! Not sure how, but apparently it's an ATI Radeon.. I remember before it clearly said Intel HD Graphics before. Not sure what the fuck happened, anywho, thanks lots. Guess it's just a situation of finding the right driver to download, which is incredibly easy.
