That's not actually it's name, it's kinda generic. http://www.trojanwatch.org/trojan-adh/

Hopefully you'll be good, might want to follow it up with malwarebytes. If you're paranoid, format the hard drive and reinstall the os. Change your passwords.
But, im doing a full system scan with norton and thats all its found so far.

EDIT: read the article more seems that its just suspicious, with such a generic name.

Is that in response to my follow it up with malwarebytes?

Just because one scan doesn't find anything else, doesn't mean another scanner with that has a different set of signatures / separate detection method won't.

It's not a big deal. I have a XP System still, and I get hit with trojans all the time, I run a scan remove them and it's not big deal, so don't shit bricks over one detected thing.

malwarebytes is almost always a good option to follow up other programs. I'd recommend downloading this and being sure its out of your system.

I know Oaky has already pointed this out, but wanted to back up what he said, it's widely acknowledged as one of the best anti-spyware/virus/whatevers there is.

it did get removed.
Nonononono, it removed that particular file. If it didn't clean up all of the infection, it could just appear again. You never really know if it removed everything, you just hope it did.
