I just added it all up and even included raised prices for the deus ex weapons, and it comes out to 103 scrap total for all the cheaper weapons. I'm going to count sun on a stick and volcano fragment at 2 reclaimed each, even though people rarely buy it for that price, so that's another 1.33 ref. 1.66 ref for current sticky jumper price, 1 ref for rocket jumper, 2 ref for maul, 2 ref for three rune blade.
That's 19.44 refined total, assuming INDIVIDUAL SALE PRICE for EVERY SINGLE WEAPON.
That's less than $20 USD.
And nobody would ever pay that much. The best you would get is $10 to $15, likely less, because it's improbable to expect somebody to desire every single craftable weapon all in one bundle.
