when are you gonna be a pay to play player? because i need u to add me and once u buy something it will say who helped u and would u please click my name if you buy something from store? or somewhere

The backpack expander is quite costly. Go buy it yourself. If you upgrade to Full account by buying anything in the Mann Co. Store, you're gain another 250 slots to start with. Plus another 100 if you by expander. Some items are $0.49. VERY CHEAP.
 
the problem is, how buy without credit card for my poor economy and unavaliable country

only can buy with dineromail (buy and pay in paycenters)
 
how can your country be unavailable... steam, well TF2 at least, is all around the world. You cannot buy anything without credit card on steam (at least I don't think so). I see you speak spanish, maybe i can help translating. \\ Si quieres ayuda en español te ayudo :D
