Declined [TRADE] Lower !votemenu cooldown

The !votemenu cooldown is currently to long. On multiple occasions the server was unable to mute a mic spammer due to a "joke votemute". I belive it being lowered to 5-8 mins would be nice.

-1 lowering it allows votespammers to spam more often. Donators already have a lower cooldown, we don't need the general populace of skial to have it as well.

Like I said in your app, you can report the person to the forums with ample evidence and get them muted or ban for longer than 30minutes.

I understand, my mistake. I didn't know that donators have a lower cooldown.
