Problem solved. Tomb Raider (2013) Blank screen SOLVED!

Hello skial ,
I'm trying to enter game named Tomb Raider but as soon as i click start at launcher a blank black screen appears and game gets itself closed after like 3-4 sec.
My graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series.
I really need help i paid 25$ for this game and i'm trying to run it for like 2 days.

Try updating video card drivers and verify game cache some of the files could be out of place.

I updated my vide card drivers even tried beta of it.
Also i verified game cache and redownloaded whole game twice.
Nothing happened

It was windows 7 ultimate i installed to windows xp first then it still didn't work so i installed to windows 7 home premium and voila.
