I got D3 and i know it'll be laggy on the lowest settings, is there any way i could increase performance on it?

from what I've read, people with really sweet computers are having a similar problem. I suspect the FPS drops will be resolved with future patches.

A £70 GPU can run it max quality at 60fps at fairly high-res (1920-1080)

I suggest looking into Radeon Pro, or Nvidia Inspector to tweak bios quality settings.

Get a better core processor, vid card, or better computer if you have the money. Any HUDs that make the settings even lower than the lowest can help.
