Tips for new VPN users?

I am aware that Skial has an auto-ban in place for VPN users.
I still want to play on Skial from time to time. Any tips for configuring my VPN appropriately to not run my game traffic through the VPN to the server (split tunneling)?

Some VPN clients allow you to configure programs to not go through VPN. You'll have to find directions for whatever client you use on their site.

You typically only want to use a VPN for games that are known not to take measures to protect your IP being accessible to other people.

Just take the few seconds to turn it off.

Skial does not auto ban for VPN unless your steam account is pretty new. Hackers use VPN’s, get banned on them, and causes anyone else that uses that same IP to get banned. So it’s pretty risky to use them.

Also, don’t get so offended for a dumb reaction. It causes more people to dumb react to your post. It’s a harmless thing.

It's more of a precautionary measure if I forget to turn it off, but okay.
