Hello,
I'm new to Skial trading points for keys. I have done one successful trade prior to this a week or so before and everything went smooth. Today I discovered that I had one key in my storage because someone accepted my points offer. I clicked on withdraw keys button and entered my Steam Trading Link. The counter showed that the key was withdrawn from Skial. But I received no trade offer like before. When I click on withdraw keys I'm greeted with this message : "You have already an outstanding offer accept or decline it first" . But I have no offers whatsoever. Besides the amount of points is deducted but no key is received. Would anyone be so kind so as to give me some advice please on this matter ?
P.S. I suspect that the offer was sent to a dead URL - would be nice if an admin could reset my key count to 1 and I would re enter new working URL. Have a nice day.
