Declined TF2 server rate restriction

Your TF2 servers don't allow the use of rates other than 90K, causing us people with horrible internet and PC's to lag a lot. Might wanna look into it...

"Rates" brings to mind cl_cmdrate, rate, cl_updaterate, and sv_maxupdaterate, none of which get anywhere near 90k.

The problem is that the default rate causes lag for people with regular internet connections.
