Help Me! TF2/GMOD: Lag spikes.

This is kinda a weird problem. You see, I only have lag spikes on SOME servers.
It is like: 3 seconds without lag, 1 second with lag.
The funniest thing is that the ONLY fix is restarting the PC. I already tried to "close session" on Windows 7 and even restarting the modem itself.
Any suggestions?:)

I have 2 wireless adapters: One is on the computer and the other is a flash drive. Same shit for both. :(

Although, I really wanted to have a wire connection to my computer.
