Why should you be unbanned?
I was playing on Hightower as soldier for only about 15 mins I believe and out of no where I was hit with a ban from the anti cheat. I have made no changes to my game to help my performance in a cheating way. The only changes I had made to my game was a hud (toon hud) a hit sound and I kill sound, and a reload animation for the rocket launcher. some stuff that could have triggered my ban was I had Spotify, google crome (web browser) where I was searching up the news on World-BBC News, and I also had my mouse softwhere open (Logitech) where I was fiddling around with my DPI cause my mouse will sometimes change the dpi all of the sudden. Some other things that could have triggered my ban was massive lag spikes I was experiencing while playing on the server causing my screen to freeze and then unfreeze and in a totally different spot on the map, and I don't know if this would trigger anything but I have said in chat and on vc I was cheating as a joke but the thing is I would never get accused of the cheating from other players. this is all I could really think of that would trigger my ban from the anti cheat and I hope you guys look into this from an open mind, thank you:)

I was also lagging really bad so my character could have looked like I was warping around the map.

I killed two snipers up on the balcony on Hightower and as soon as I killed them I was instantly banned.

You should probably provide us with the exact files. For example, we do not know which exact settings of master comfig is used.

So do you want me to provide every single file in my Custom folder? Or just the master comfig one?
