Why should you be unbanned?
i was reported by a spy who was putting swearing into chat and was constantly telling me to f*ck off, when i was having fun, he tried to kick me, so i kicked him back

But based on chat logs, it looks like Mr Goldie reported you for playing Music (Voice Spam). And then you votekicked him either because he reported you for breaking the rules, or because he killed you, either of which is voteabuse.
