Why should you be unbanned?
So I've been banned for about 2 years now. I just re-downloaded the game to realize I was banned from all skial servers, and you guys are like the only servers up so I can only really play casual matches which are all full of bots, so this is like the only other way to play. Ever since I got banned people act like you are worse then Hitler. Yes, I know, hacking is bad, I'm sorry. But just because someone hacked like 2 years ago doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to join and enjoy a good game. If you unban me, I will never hack again. I haven't ever hacked since then, and I just want to enjoy a game. I will start recording all my game time just to prove I never hacked if this problem would happen again. Please just let me enjoy a good game. Thanks.

You’ve already been given the answer twice.

We have a zero tolerance policy on cheaters and no one is above this exception. If we let you off the hook it would mean other cheaters would have to get the same privilege. Unfortunately your word is not enough. If you didn’t want to get banned then maybe you should have played legit like everyone else. You knew damn well cheating would result in a ban back then and now you have to live with the consequence.

We don’t have the time or manpower to constantly monitor if you’re cheating or not and again it would mean other cheaters get that same privilege. Even if you did change, others probably wouldn’t and abuse the opportunity.

This stance will not change no matter how many appeals you make, our policy is still zero tolerance on cheating. You’ll have to find other servers to play on.

Appeal Denied. Cheaters are not tolerated here.

The answer hasn't changed. We have always had our zero tolerance policy. People banned for a decade have appealed and we don't change our minds. People will say they have changed when they haven't. They may have, but people will say anything to get unbanned.
If we start trying to figure out who is sincere and who is not it is just a massive headache for us, plus it would mean we probably accidentally let some insincere people back in. Zero tolerance is much easier. You'll have to play on other servers until the heat death of the universe.
