Why should you be unbanned?
I was playing the game normally, after i killed someone (with a crit) i got insta banned for no reason, Permanently. I have no idea why.

But i didn't cheat, I also have no cheat program or engine installed. The map i got banned is trade_plaza4_portal4, which i been playing in there more than 3 months, but got banned right now for no reason
