Why should you be unbanned?
I've been banned for either "New IP from banned STEAMID" or "New STEAMID from banned IP" 5 times now. The first for times I have been unbanned. I usually get a game or two in before I get re-banned. The first time I got banned was for "New STEAMID from banned IP", which occurred soon after I moved into my new apartment, which might explain that. I was unbanned for that after explaining my situation, but it started a never ending chain of either being banned for a new steamid on a banned ip or a new ip for a banned steam id, then being unbanned, and repeat.

Drexel in Philly. As for the hacker that was traced to me, I really don't have an explanation. I can see on his account that his VAC ban took place many years before I even started college and moved into my apartment. I'm sure there is proof I can provide of that but I'm not sure if that can really help my case.

I am still at Drexel unfortunately. I wish there was some way around this but it really doesn't seem like it. Guess I'll wait till I leave lol.
