Why should you be unbanned?
I am confused to why I was banned. It says "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP". I did cheat in tf2 a few years but I do not recall ever cheating on a Skial server. If you could tell me why this IP is banned that would be great. If it was for cheating I understand my ban is permanent, but I have been playing on skial the past week without issue so i'm not sure why I was just banned now. Thanks you

someone hacked and tainted their IP address. then they tried connecting from college. as a result, multiple IP addresses belonging to the university got banned

I did just move to college. Is their anyway for me to still be able to play skial or did that one person ruin it for all of us?

That one person did mostly ruin it for everyone on that IP, so yes since it's highly unlikely we'll unban a Public IP, if you had your own private IP to connect from, the chances of it getting it unbanned is more likely if you don't share it.

Sorry.

That's unfortunate but thank you for letting me know.
