Once before, I sent a shitpost admin application that wasn't serious in the slightest (Toxik knows what I'm talking about). I am submitting an actual application now that enough time has passed and I'm more knowledgeable about the game. I may not have good stats ingame, but I at least now have good intentions.
I play on the mentioned servers about very frequently, and see a problematic person every now and then that I wish I could do something about but can't. Turbine is the server I play on most, and I feel like it could use more moderation. People change over time, and by submitting this application I am proving not only that I changed, but that I can give reasonable punishment to those necessary, knowing they'll change eventually too.
Oh, and I'm not very busy IRL, so I can dedicate plenty of time to being an admin. That's about it.
