I think I would be a really good admin because I'm really friendly towards people and I want to make skial servers fun for everyone, I would never abuse my powers and I would play just like another player. I will always make sure to ban people who deserve it at not anyone that kills me. if i do not get admin that is fine but if i do ill do my best to help everyone!​
 
I recommend you to grow up, but not on age but from mind, you'll have to be more mature.
That is really important, because it's not the same to be a 14 years old but being a really good admin and a mature person than being a 21 years old and acting like an stupid dumbwit.
You need to be an admin to ban people, but you can get people banned or muted through reports, which I really suggest you to do. Do good reports and be accepted on the server, gain a good reputation and make yourself something in the server.
I know there's a minimum of hours to be an admin, but that really doesn't mean to admins.
Admins want interesting people that would do a very good service.
As I have seen on other people's TF2 admin app's, Xantam is really demanding on who should be an admin, whick is VERY normal and welldone by him, not everybody can be an admin.
I recommend you to be an active someone in the server and follow the rules, even tho' mutes don't count on the appeal they MATTER for Xantam or other admins.
