Will you get mad if you lose admin? I want to make the servers more fun and less toxic, if i lose the power to do so i will be saddened but will try to understand.

How do you ban yourself for "obvious aimbot" using your own SteamID?

My main goal is to make skial servers more enjoyable with as little interferance as possible. I am on quite regularly and generally try to keep things flowing nice and smoothly (unless i want to really try had a map) so I would be a near constant observer and act as a hidden admin to help with some of the mre troblesome players.

-1 from me as well. Nothing against you personally, but you're not exactly mature enough for a staff position yet.
You do a lot of things in chat and on mic, as well as occasionally in game, that cause problems for people causing you to get vote muted. "Did I puncture somethin" whenever you backstab, "skill issue incoming" on surf maps before a teleport, etc... etc... it can be seen as toxic to new players/just rude in general. Work on those aspects and I may change my mind.

-1 a very immature person. Consistently talks over others whilst yelling in his mic - especially important for the fact the server he frequents requires clear communications due to the nature of the game mode
