Team Fortress 2 is a highly rated free-to-play team based first-person shooter, focused around the Reliable Demolition and Excavation (RED) and Builders League United (BLU) competing against each other in Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, and other game modes.

first of all the casual portion of the game was designed for 12v12, not 16v16

secondly tf2 is played in leagues in highlander mode (9v9, 1 of each class) or 6v6 mode (1 medic, 1 demoman, 2 soldiers and 2 scouts)
