I've been fooled. This whole time!

In FF2, info menu claims that medic's syringe gun grants the overdose effect.

I've blindly thought I've always had the speed effect, but not true. Or maybe it broke with the recent MyM update?? (Overdose was changed)

Here is a demo showing that the speed is no different.
