New [Surf] surf_minigolf

https://gamebanana.com/mods/302737 a minigolf themed surf map that looks pretty good its a collaboration map thats been long awaited off and on through 2019-2020 and was abandoned by the original organizer but it was pick up again and finished it was ported to tf2
it has 7 stages, and 2 bonus stages and i think it would be great on the skial surf servers
