Need Help [Surf] Replace surf_10x_tf2_complete with surf_10x_reload_tf2 due to doorbug

Basically, the door at jail in the current version will cause a never-ending loud opening sound when triggered.

Opening the door at jail is awful on 10x, a fresh change would be great for it.

the current version has a music room, so i'd say that version is still better. someone just needs to fix the door sound
