Approved [Surf] Add surf_revolution_5cp

This map is decently new and has an interesting concept to it. It is revolution, but it is 5 separate arenas that consist of points. It's your average 5cp game, but with surfing. I have taken a decent look at it and I think this would be the most experimental (and strange) map yet, but would be a good contrast and replacement for the old and withered surf_revolution_v1. The gamebanana link explains everything that has not been mentioned so far.

+1, this was made by StereoBucket an active user on these forums.
This map takes the idea of surf revolution and puts a whole new twist on it and it actually makes a bad map quite fun and unique.
And yes this map would be the best with 32 players.

Edit: i forgot to say this is not the final release the developer has said he will update it
