Problem solved. Suddenly... Horrible internet!

So I'm curious if anyone can suggest anything to fix... whatever is going on, because suddenly our internet is horrible.

Honestly, yesterday it was working perfectly fine and today I can't run a twitch stream, youtube video at over 360p, get a ping of less then 200 in multiple games I have tried and websites in general take forever.

I've got AT&T as well and have been having that issue for around a month now. I've called them multiple times and they repeatedly tell me they're doing "maintenance".

I despise AT&T.
I'm not expert, but here are my tips.
1) If you do not have any custom settings, turn your router/modem to the back and click the little "reset" button. (ONLY DO THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE CUSTOM SETTINGS BECAUSE THEY MAY BE LOST!!!!!)
2) Do the classic unplug, wait a few minutes, then plug back in.
3) This happened to me one time, and surprisingly it worked. My internet is connected to an ethernet cable and I had some open ethernet spots, so I changed places. Just moved the cable to the side, and it was fixed.
I'm sorry if this does not help.
I know AT&T can be frustrating, but I hope it gets fixed.
