Sudden drop in player's ranking?

Issue: So prior to posting this thread , I did skial search for "dropping of player rankings" and nothing turned up to match my enquiry. So last year I ranked in the 530ish and now this. And if any other player also experienced the same.

Question is this a ranking reset? Apologies, I don't have a before image of my above claim for this enquiry. Thanks skial.

The ranks has been reset

It does this every 3 month or so.

Click this Link. and look at top left corner of screen. It is now season 15, and from when I'm writing this post. there is now 2 months and 30 days left of season 15

Hi StanleYYBH. Thanks for the explanation. I knew I could purchase my rank # at !store but if as you say, rank gets reset anyway so I'll just save my credits for other skial benefits.

The image you posted refers to the skill based ranking system that is only used at https://stats.skial.com.

Since many of our servers now run 24/7 with no end such as 2fort or turbine or a custom game mode where it is impossible to truly rate someone's skill like VSH or Deathrun, that ranking system is not used for anything other than team scrambling.

We switched to a season based ranking system that you can see at https://stats.skial.com/season to allow people to have a chance to reach #1 and be able to grind for a top spot. Otherwise if it never reset, people would play for 10000 hours and never be dethroned.
