I was playing TF2 and everything was all fine. I closed TF2, came back a couple hours later and then I had a stuttering issue.

If you don't want to view the demo then the best way I can describe the problem is that my field of view has a very slight stutter to it as a walk, and all the character models on the map stutter around slightly all the time.
Not sure what could cause this, my ping is never above 100 and my FPS is nothing out of the ordinary.
