Problem solved. Steam won't allow me to play anything with others.

I tried to launch TF2, but when I do, it says "Not currently connected to TF game coordinator service.". I figured there was an update yesterday so that's possible but I try again today and it's the same issue. I cannot log out of Steam because my phone is currently being repaired and I wouldn't be able to log back in. I tried restarting internet and computer, both to no avail. Not sure what to do.

Even I had the same problem yesterday but after 6 whole hours my game started working properly again, so I think you should just wait a while.
