For the past few weeks Raccoon has freekilled and griefed multiple times on the NY JailBreak server. The first time I recall him doing a mass freekill was in BaCastle everyone was in mario kart raccoon stopped the game and killed everyone with the kill button.
There are many more examples but I never recorded any of those. Yesterday I got recorded evidence that he does mass freekill.
Just watch the dem file, and so you dont have to watch all 43 minutes of the demo -
