So what do you people think of him? I haven't actually played against him yet so whats he like? A strong pick for an ADC or just a 'doesn't stick out' type?
He is a very strong laner since his abilities have a bigger range than normal and are already quite strong in the early game. When he is ADC he can easily become fed, with his ult doing massive damage if he manages to hit every shot.
