Smart TV or a Normal TV

So my dad bought me a smart TV a little while ago and we noticed that I don't use any of the "smart" features since my TV is the monitor for my desktop and the TV is also connected to my PS3. So now should I stay with the TV or try to find a better one which would not be "smart".

Personally I don't see the need for a smart TV when you already have a computer. If money isn't a issue then I'd just get a new TV if the current one is not HD / too small / what ever
