Skial's Friendlying Rules / Admin Enforcement
I am well aware of the whole, friendlies are not good for tf2 debate, but this is about the friendlies that ARE there, according to skial rules, \*the "Refusing to help advance your teams position for a long time (usually known as Friendlying)"\* rules more specifically, would imply that if your team is attempting to push/advance/cap being friendly is against the rules, but if your team is NOT attempting a push and hanging out as a whole, then being friendly should be completely within the confines of the rules. But during these time periods of teams not attempting to push and subsequently being friendly, I have seen a number of people being kicked for being friendly by skial admins. Which confuses me greatly, because I have read the rules many times, and being friendly is mentioned once and only once in this circumstance (\*), so this confused me, how were we breaking the rules? Advancements were not attempted by anyone, so an advance could not be helped, no one is breaking the rules, yet they were still kicked as punishment, can anyone else understand my confusion about us following the rules and being kicked regardless?

tl;dr Skial admins kick teammate for being friendly even though we were within the confines of the rules.

Please note I am neither for nor against friendlies, if they aren't healing/hurting/in the way of the game then all is fine, but this whole debacle sits wrong with me.
