Should i cash in one of my bills for keys?

so heres the thing : i have 2 bills, a purple and a Team spirit i rly like the team spirit but not the purple, i wnated to sell the both for an unusual but then i just noticed how stupid they are (no offense, just my opinion) and i rly want to sell one for keys so i can get some cool hats, stranges, and other stuff. My question is , is this a good idea? as in are bills supposed to go up, and im just going to regret this. Again, I have 2.

I don't know if they'll go up or down, but if you can get 9 keys for the purple one you should totally sell it.

well i would cash it in and get miscs,stranges,hats, etc for ur favorite classes than have every one looking retarded with no hats,miscs and having one class with a unsual
