You should ask which server, and only the NY servers were lagging about 15 minutes ago.

Here is what the host said.

There was a DoS attack that was mitigated on the same switch as you. The entire increased latency lasted almost 5 minutes.

Guuuuuuuys!!! i been trying to figure out for past 11-13 days why suddenly after having a great time on the EU servers and more so Dustbowl EU+ suddenly a week or so ago moment i even look at a firefight i practicly freeze( and naturaly get fragged by even the most lames half afk noob) sadly i been going on and off every day trying to figure out if its time of day or something, now im reinstalling TF2 to check

PS: my ping doesnt change much during heavy or lame combat, roughly stays between 55 and 84 ms, as there are many people on the server with Ping reaching the 600ish who have way smoother gameplay than me :/:(
