How come the amount you pay depends on how much you get from the buyers? If you have the beat the average I'm sure you prestocked it so that you have some copies before they become expensive no?

I'm just a buying proxy, if people want to donate more they can pay more.

No actually, I just bought one for myself earlier, and I have a gift-able one. I didn't want to pre-stock anything because I didn't know how well they'd sell and I don't want to waste my money. The min cost will raise as the price raises.
