No, the ones bought after the fix can't be traded crafted with. Therefore, there is a difference between the old ones that were crafted, and the new ones which are out because of a bug.

My bad, apparently you can still trade them, you just can't craft with them. But then that just goes to show you, there is a difference between the new (dirty) ones, and the old clean ones.
